I realized much too late that I'm supposed to be posting 'books I love' but really it's more of 'books I own with interesting covers.' But I don't keep books that have no utility so all of these I love, to greater or lesser degrees.

I used this to write your birthday poem. Medieval medicinal plants from a detective series featuring a medieval detective monk! Yes, I like the cover, too.

That's a beautiful collection of images on the cover and I am intrigued by the contents. Do you use it to grow plants and/or in your writing?

I have used it recently to write a sonnet for mafief, who is a botanist [https://archiveofourown.org/works/12669048/chapters/41614037], but I haven't used it as much I thought I would (or should).

The inside has a lot of nice colour photos, too.

I don't keep plants or have a yard or garden or anything. I got it when I was reading all the Cadfael books [by Ellis Peters] and thought I was going to write a medieval Sherlock AU, but that never happened. But I haven't gotten rid of it because I still think it may come in handy for ficcing purposes.

Yes, it lists every herb mentioned in the Cafael series, which is set in the 12th century near the Welsh border and the detective monk is the herbalist/medicine man of the abbey.
