Happy Birthday, Sherlock Holmes!

Every year for Sherlock Holmes's birthday (recognised rightly or wrongly by most as 06 Jan) I make an Epiphany tart (jam tart). I used my own favourite flavours of jams (store-bought jams, I don't make my own jam) this year: raspberry, blackberry, and apricot.

The colours of the jams are so effective together. Very pretty as well as tasty ^__^

Yes, if you knew how long it took me decide on those three. The raspberry I already had but I had to do an equations with factors of colour, flavour I like, and what was available at the shop. It took a while but I was happy with the combination.
