I remember enjoying the setting and the spy drama of N or M?. Tommy and Tuppence aren't my favourite characters either, but I do like how Christie shows them ageing in real time and being plucky detectives at different stages of their lives—so unlike the timelessness of Poirot and Miss Marple.

Definitely agree on not taking relationship advice from Christie...!
