Yes some time with no interruptions is golden isn't it. I actually liked it when my daughter became a teenager and didn't want anything to do with me, it was so lovely and quiet!😅

I really wasn't thinking of the costs and burdens tbh. I just prefer helping people instead of animals, it's just as simple as that for me. I get hate for that preference, I don't know why.

The same here, my husband and his parents and siblings all rode motorbikes in their youth, but they all feel they are too old now and prefer cars. So I bet I won't go on a bike again, but at least you and I have got good memories of doing that when we were young, haven't we.😊
