Yeah, and it's a shame because the piece of art which was inspired by it (the sugar sculpture) was really kind of fascinating in many ways so I was expecting something more compelling (like the Howard Zinn of sugar or something). I was an anthropology minor in university so I am familiar with the general subject, but yeah, it was a slog.
