I didn't know train ambient noises was a genre, and I'm happy to discover it! I have an app on my phone that can mix "white noise" sounds (I use it for rain + wind + thunder), that I'll listen to either to focus when writing or to help me fall asleep... there's been a couple of times I used it even while it was actually raining outside, because the real sound isn't as nice and clear to listen to sometimes.
