Into the void: cookie butter edition

I tried a new recipe from the grocery story magazine. Cookie Butter Bars.

It uses Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter which is a spread made from those cinnamon cookies you used to get on Delta flights. Minor doesn't like chocolate and is allergic to tree nuts so it's a dessert bar that doesn't have either.



They are soft. Sort of like a cross between soft fudge and brownie texture.

hm, those sound tasty! I like the cookies, and have enjoyed the cookie butter as a spread (or on a spoon) so I bet these'd be a winner

They aren't too difficult (or I wouldn't make them!). You freeze a layer of the cookie spread and layer it between two other cookie dough layers.
