Snowflake Challenge

Challenge #9 In your own space, promote at least one canon that you adore (old, new, forever fandom).

I don't think I understand the challenge. In the Sherlock Holmes fandom, canon is canon. 60 stories. ACD wrote 'em. That's it. I suppose it's old (compared to some fandoms, but not compared to others). I don't adore it. Or hate it. It just is.

But I have my own head canons (contrary to canon).

1. Holmes and Watson retire together. ["The Lion's Mane"]

2. Somehow, Mary Sutherland gets told the truth ["A Case of Identity"].

3. Holmes genuinely apologises for being an ass. ["The Dying Detective" and others.]

BBC Sherlock:

1. John makes the tea.

2. Lestrade has a penchant for Starbucks coffee drinks.

3. Mycroft has an extra large penis. John, too, but more in girth than length. Sherlock's penis is longish and has a bend to the left (a play on the origins of the word 'sinister').
