Oh, I have to throw a third into the mix! Heh, heh! I write so many threesomes and moresomes (in the context of orgies), it isn't funny. Shall we take it from the top?

Jeeves & Wooster - Cream Tea: Bertie & all the Drones in an orgy.

BBC Sherlock - Lestrade/Mycroft/John/Sherlock - Apple Raspberry Pie is Omegaverse and The Four Horsemen has them together as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and The More the Merrier John/Sherlock/Mycroft at Christmas.

In genderswapped BBC Sherlock, Masquerade is a Sherlock/John/Mycroft/Lestrade orgy. I do a lot of John-sharing between Sherlock and Mycroft, 3 fics total, Oolong, Three, and Yunnan Imperial.

But in Cheers? Wow. I done a lot more. I think one of my faves is Moriarty/Molly/Moran. They are very fun to write, probably my favorite of the moment. I've even written John/Harry/Clara for Octobercest. I've written Mycroft/Moriarty/Lestrade for someone who wanted a Mystrade threesome without Sherlock or John [they weren't happy with the result, but, hey, tie my hands and what am I going to do?]. There was an orgy with all the female characters. Those are just the ones I can remember.

When it's Dark is a pack of Werewolves: Lestrade/John/Stella/Sally/OC and John is in a open relationship with Sherlock in this 'verse and Sherlock is in an open relationship with Moriarty (the latter two are vampires).

Sherlock Holmes (ACD) - a whole 10k+ verse of Holmes/Watson/Mary Quiver 'verse. I have also written at least one one-off of Holmes/Watson/Victor Trevor, one chapter of Confessions to a Coquelicot Cushion [I only remember because I got shit for it from a die-hard pearl-clutcher.]

There was a prompt from The Old Guard Kinkmeme that made me want to do a Joe/Nicky/Booker and Andy/Quynh/Nile fic but I didn't have the time or energy.

And the threesome doesn't have to be human.

So, in a nutshell, I don't need to imagine! If it's occurred at all, ever, I've probably already written it. And there's threesomes (and moresomes) for kink (which is what I mostly write) and the more sort of established relationship kind, which is rarer but I still do some.
