Puzzle: Candlemaker, Tobacconist, Hat Shop

I noticed that this puzzle had pumpkins in the corner, so I did it quickly (in the last 48 hours) to finish before I sweep into December and Christmas and Advent. It was easy, believe it or not, 1000 pieces, Charles Wysocki, 1000 pieces, Buffalo Games.

The State of the Ficcery: November 2022

Word Count: 5,843

A very poor showing. I need 24,015 words in December to reach my 250k goal. Can I make it? Stay tuned. Lots of advent prompts, and I will make it a priority to finish strong. No poems, but I will make it up next month.

Reading: Apart from Plain Bad Heroines six Agatha Christie novels. I don't have any new books to read, but I have the very best collection of Christmas mysteries, so re-reads are available. If you know of a good Christmas mystery (especially something new) let me know!

Crafting: Eight spreads and twelve cards! Lots of collaging. Two puzzles.

Personal: The 5k was the big milestone. I put off cleaning for two months and it shows! I will clean for December. Minisculus starts basketball on Friday and Minor starts winter (indoor) soccer tomorrow. I made pumpkin spice cookies, and I am planning to try to make a turkey pot pie with the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I've never done that before so we'll see how it turns out.
