Collage Journaling: Valentines

I ended up making 10 Valentines total and I had a lot of fun and almost exhausted my strictly Valentine stickers. I did end up using up all of my pink chain stickers. They were just so cool-looking. Here are 3 Valentines I sent to members of my Wednesday meditation group.

Yesterday I took a hike!

Even though there are tons of things I should have been doing, yesterday I took some time to be in Nature with a capital N. I haven't been hiking in decades but I used to do it a lot when I lived overseas. So I found a state park with a scenic bridge (I'd never been there) and put my sons' father on emergency contact duty (no cell phone service!) and drove out there and spent about a hour crossing streams and skittering across wobbly rocks.

It's a win because I made time for it and did it and survived it even though my balance and fearlessness aren't what they once were.
