3 Weeks 4 Dreamwidth (2025): Day 15
May. 9th, 2025 12:03 pmI dropped the ball yesterday so have two prompts:
Day 14: distracted
Comm shout-out:
bitesizedcleaning
Day 15: wish
Comm shout-out: the best crafting comm:
get_knitted (really a great group of very talented and creative souls)
Here's a simple collage I did in my planner with a birthday card from my insurance agent. He charges a kidney and a lung but he is very regular with the nice cards.

14. What part of history do you find most interesting?
I like the histories of places like ports, islands, crossroads, where many cultures and peoples have for centuries interacted. I also sometimes like histories of sea voyages or polar expeditions so Regency, Victorian and Edwardian periods.
15. At what age did you think you become an adult and when do you actually think you did?
For me this is easy because my mom died when I was 18, and there is a very thick line in my life, BEFORE and AFTER. To be honest, I think it has to do with money. When you start making your own money and making decisions about it, that's adulthood.
