Into the Void

stonepicnicking_okapiI don't know whether to post or not. On the one hand, I feel like I'm about to spiral into a very bad mood. On the other hand, so what?
Minor went to soccer tryouts for next year but didn't get picked. This is a huge disappointment and a bit of surprise. So he was at the top tier for two years, then we moved him to the middle tier for financial and stress reasons for a year, and, after a year, he doesn't even qualify for that. There's a basic tier but his father doesn't sound like he wants to invest in that. So it'll be a huge change, him not playing soccer. And I feel guilty that maybe I should've done something to help but I don't like sports and haven't played them so I don't know what I could've done. I am just hoping there is a window opening somewhere as this door closes.
And Minisculus is home sick. It's the last 2 weeks of school.
I'm very behind on my word count. I deleted the intermittent fasting app. I couldn't keep up and kept missing my goal, which was discouraging. I haven't touched my jigsaw puzzle in weeks.
I don't know :/
