Into the void: cookie butter edition

stonepicnicking_okapiI tried a new recipe from the grocery story magazine. Cookie Butter Bars.
It uses Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter which is a spread made from those cinnamon cookies you used to get on Delta flights. Minor doesn't like chocolate and is allergic to tree nuts so it's a dessert bar that doesn't have either.
They are soft. Sort of like a cross between soft fudge and brownie texture.
