Date: 2025-06-10 07:30 am (UTC)I am similar, I listen to binaural beats as they also heal various ailments, apparently. There is one for eyestrain, that is great to listen to when peering at the screen, writing.
I generally can't listen to music anyway, but the binaural beats are soothing.
