Mi Labertino: Walls, Floor, and Lights

I am on 'light duty' between my birthday and Mother's Day [Sunday in the US] and so am back to working on my miniature library. Now there are walls (two coats of paint); floor; and lights. I had to make the fixture and do all the wiring myself, which was no small task and fiddly as hell. There were supposed to 4 lights but there first one met its Waterloo in pyromaniacal tendencies and the wires burnt up.

So, now all that's left is the most fun part: fill it up with the books and furnishings and knick-knacks.

Yes, it will be interesting to see how all those tiny furnishings fit into so small a space. The lights were incredibly complicated for me. And the fixture. I swore a lot. But I am happy with the result, too, and I hope to get to the final arrangement by Monday.

Thank you! I think it will be fun. There are lots of little things you can scatter around, too, so the ensemble will be interesting.
