Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for this online space and all the friends in it!
The 5k Turkey Trot this year was virtual (meaning you run and input your time in a web site). I did it in 52 minutes, which is not bad considering I do intervals of 5 minutes (run 3 minutes/walk 2 minutes) and am morbidly obese and don't, as they say, take care of myself. The boys' father did it in 25 minutes; Minor, 30 minutes; and Minisculus 36 minutes.

I have a small turkey breast and stuffing and an apple pie for later. This morning we're having a big breakfast with sausage and Belgian waffles.
All the best to everyone!

Date: 2020-11-26 11:05 pm (UTC)Going off at a bit of a tangent, I saw the most lovely rainbow today on the way to work. A girl behind me on the bus actually phoned someone to tell them about it. We all entered triumphantly into the town going underneath this huge rainbow arch ^___^
