Crafts: Mini Library: the books: part 1

These are all made of paper: a tiny suitcase (the stickers, six total, had to be cut out and glued on the suitcase, also the handle to the suitcase had to be cut out and glued separately) and 10 tiny boxes (folded and glued). The real mystery of this library is the books. There are 4 kinds. I’ve been working on the first two.
Most of the books are entitled ‘book,’ which gives the whole project a surrealist edge to it (thus, the Borges nickname).
First type of book. 10 of the books have pages that you fold accordion-style and glue to the cover. (photo 2) But the pages are the same for 4 of the 10 (cupcakes). There are also musical scores (2), some kind of plant journal/text (2), maps (2) and some kind of old architectural/engineering text.
No one needs 4 books about cupcakes, so I’ve decided to flip the interior inside out and write quotes I like from literature on some of them. One will be from One Hundred Years of Solitude, one will be from Sherlock Holmes (ACD). One will be from Agatha Christie (Miss Marple). I don’t know about the other last. “The Murders in the Rue Morgue” or “Carmilla” or maybe a Borges short story. For non-US folks, a quarter (the coin) is 2.5 cm in diameter.
Anyway, the second type of book is not a book at all but a paper box of spines (photo 3) with one side open. And there are 45 of these to do total!
So, so far, strange books and fake books.
