smallhobbit who wrote about Ferret and Bertie Wooster dancing and singing in Party 't the Savoy and scfrankles inviting some of my favourite literary characters to share a soiree in The Sincerest Form of Flattery. Lovely cards, in envelopes and electronic. A new book and some nice chocolate. I worked on a puzzle and watched Midsomer Murders and read. I finished The Gentle Art of Fortune-Hunting by K. J. Charles. I watched part of the newer Aladdin film and puzzled over Marwan Kenzari's accent. And I didn't have to cook dinner or prepare the boys' lunches. And I made myself a miniature felt pear.
And Minisculus and his father made cupcakes. I picked out the icing and sprinkles.
