Collage: Bats and Cats

I like this one.



This one is a case of thinking I had more black cat stickers than I did, so it's a bit spartan. And for some reason, it was difficult for me to take a proper photograph of it.

So I went to Washington DC a couple of weeks ago with the boys, their father, and his brother. Here is the Mall (with the Washington Monument) and the National Gallery of Art and the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History.

I learned (by having a house guest for a week) that I have 3 modes: Nag, Scold, and Ignore. It was a humbling moment when I realized none of that is appropriate for a house guest. So I had to remember how to make small talk and be kind and attentive.
