Music Tuesday: Danse Macabre

Getting ready for October, I thought I'd ask my friends to recommend songs to put on a Spotify playlist for Halloween. I think I've done this before, but I've got a few new friends, so I'll do it again.

I've got three on the list so far: Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon; Dragula by Rob Zombie and this one, Camille Saint-Saens' Danse Macabre.

Instrumentals, classical, funny songs, or harder, it's going to be a mix. I do listen to the Spotify 's playlist called Classical Halloween.

Oh, I remember the Mel Torme one from the last time I asked. I thought it was precious then, too. I am so glad you brought it again to my attention. I have added all of these, and I will see how they mix with what I want. The Santana is a good rec. I forgot about that song. There's Witchy Woman by the Eagles, too, sort of in the same vein.
