So, October is BTS' Jimin's birthday month, and pink Jimin is the best Jimin, and I discovered my Korean neighbor is a hairdresser. So last night, he and his wife came to my apartment and colored my hair pink. This is the first time IN MY LONG LIFE I've ever had my hair colored, and I like it. I have a serious self-loathing phobia of photographs, and I don't take selfies, but I tried for the sake of the pink.

Thank you! It was a big experience for me. I had mentioned it to his wife at the busstop (they have 2 boys, their youngest is Minor's age) and it took about 2 weeks to work through the logistics.

It took about 4 hours start to finish and he did it at the dining room table. I am very pleased with the results. I just said 'pink' and he picked out the shade. We chatted about Korean horror movies (which I've seen a lot). Very nice family, and now we know them better, so that's a win, too. They live across the hall. Each building has 3 floors and 4 apartments on each floor.

Thank you! I was pleased with the outcome. Definitely outside my comfort zone, but hey, I thought, why not try it? These kpop band members change their hair colours so much, it made me curious.

And, yes, it was definitely a bonding experience and they were super kind. We chatted about Korean horror movies (all three of us like them) and so maybe there will be more get-together to watch films. They made coffee and it was fun.

Thank you! There were two bowls of colour and the darker one looked almost red but turned out a deep pink.

Thank you! I am so glad you like it. My neighbor picked out the shade of pink. I think it looks good. It was a new experience for me. I haven't got my hair done in a long, long, long time. And it was nice to bond with my neighbors who I didn't really know very well.

Did you watch the concert? I watched a few bits on youtube. I was sad to read about V's injury. I also watched the soundcheck and heard the song Dis-ease for the first time. It's an interesting song, and I think j-hope has some massive stage presence.

Your man was looking good! It's sort of amazing how he can go from SMOLDERING to anime sweetheart in less than 5 seconds.

I did watch the concert, and the soundcheck! J-Hope is LUMINOUS live! Beautiful and full of energy. I thought V did a great job considering he was stuck in a chair for most of it - so dang charismatic. And yes, MY Seokjin is an absolutely RIDICULOUS human being. His duality enrages me! I'm yelling "Stop it AT ONCE!" to my computer screen about five hundred times a day looking at him. :D I need to send you this one particular gif that shows the anime to smoldering thing super well... Ridiculous man... ;p

Oh, I forgot to say I LOVED the fic you recommended. I am not big on podfic but I read binged the original and was up until wee hours finishing it over the weekend. OMG! So many FEELS! And hot smut, too! The full package!
