Happy Birthday, Sherlock Holmes!

Every year for Sherlock Holmes's birthday (recognised rightly or wrongly by most as 06 Jan) I make an Epiphany tart (jam tart). I used my own favourite flavours of jams (store-bought jams, I don't make my own jam) this year: raspberry, blackberry, and apricot.

Yes, it was tasty! I've already tried a piece with coffee. It is supposed to be a stained glass window with 13 different jams for Jesus + apostles, but that's a bit expensive (I did it that way the first year and ended up eat jam until the following year). Nice with whipped cream!
