Yes! This is a compilation of verses from different holy traditions for use as meditation passages. It was compiled by the person I consider my spiritual teacher (he died before I learned of his program, he founded a meditation center in California). Believe it or not, I have been meditating every morning for 20 years using verses from these pages. I don't think I've had the book for 20 years but at least 15 probably. Very well used.
