Chapter 1: In the Dungeon (POV Yoongi)

Track 1. The Last by Agust D - On Youtube

This is Agust D rapping about his early years and his mental health struggles. I thought it fit nicely with the Yoongi of the fic who is also struggling in the beginning.

Track 2. Blu by Ryuichi Sakamoto - On Youtube

This is a lovely instrumental piece for piano and orchestra. Min Yoongi (the real person) has mentioned listening to Sakamoto when he is trying to sleep. To me, it represents the fun and calm (fictional) Yoongi finds when he meets Seokjin in rehab.

Chapter 2: On the Stairs (POV Hoseok)

I like the vibe of this as an introduction to Hoseok. He's trying very hard not to daydream about his boss' sub!

Track 4. Blue Side by j-hope - On Youtube

This is a softer Hoseok song, pining for Yoongi. And it parallels the #2 'Blu' of Yoongi's POV chapter.

This is the dom/sub scene. I listened to a lot of people's playlists about what constituted 'dom/sub' music but none of it wasn't to my taste! [Note: I am open to suggestions on this point! Most of it was either too dark or too heterosexual for my needs!] So I went with an obvious pop music choice I was familiar with.

Track 6. Burn it by Agust D (feat. MAX) - On Youtube

This is a harder song but it talks about burning (like burning bridges) and 'someone in the mirror that you don't know,' which go to the situation of Hoseok taking Seokjin's place as dom in the scene. Yoongi doesn't know about the switch at first but he figures it out in the end.

So once the blindfold comes off, Yoongi gets his freak on a bit.

Track 8. Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence by Ryuichi Sakamoto - On Youtube

The fic ends on a hopeful note. Yoongi and Hoseok acknowledge the love that's between them and also affirm their love for Seokjin and concern about what's happened to him.
