The great news is that Minor got picked for a soccer team after Wednesday's supplemental tryout! The bad news is practice is tonight and games Saturday and Sunday. No rest for the wicked.

I took him to a middle school back-to-school party after tryouts and then to Yogi Castle (frozen yogurt) to celebrate his triumph. And he lost his last baby tooth in the process! Yesterday was middle school orientation and dentist for the boys. Today is elementary school supply drop off for Minisculus and their back-to-school party.

And my cleaning is nearing the end (good thing as the boys' father is scheduled to return tomorrow evening). Only dining area (aka the compost pile with all the boys' crumbs) and kitchen to go.

I do feel like a chicken with its head cut off but hopefully I can take Sunday OFF!

He arrived! So I suppose I will have tomorrow!

He knows one of the new team members from last year's team and another from camp, so it'll be okay. And he's played as opposing team against them last year.

Yes, I finished just in time and got the kitchen done! Whee!
