Very sad but the focus was on poetry and that takes longer with less words.
Writing: I achieved my goal of writing 16 poems. And I'm still okay on my year to date target because of surpluses in past months. I had a lot of ideas for fics but they never got written. Some of them I can tackle in May and some of them will get fed to the ferret.
Reading: I read/listened to more than 7 books. I found a couple of Youtube sites which had audiobooks I was keen on. Mostly the usual suspects. Agatha Christie. Rebus.
Crafting: The coffeehouse is done! Yay. And I've started on the garden porch. I haven't done any more since I posted the photos but I hope that will change in May. I did 16 collage spreads.
Personal: I gained some weight back this month. There was the boys' spring break and I ate a lot more that week. And I did more impulse buying than in March. I sent another Postcrossing postcard to Germany and the recipient seemed to like it. One of my meditation group members died (there are 6 of us that meet virtually every Wednesday). She was over 80 but a very special person. The service will be in two weeks. And I still am dealing with the sting of not going to the SUGA concert (and seeing all the Youtube videos). It hurts.
On y va to May.

Date: 2023-05-01 06:34 pm (UTC)Thank you! I think I did 16 different forms--another legacy of our Sherlock 60 days. I really like trying different things but usually go back to a few standards.
