Crafts: Mini Library - Paintings and Flowers

This is the last post about mi laberinto for a few weeks. I did the 24 paintings (cutting out the pictures and gluing the pictures to the frames and gluing the stand to the back of 2) and the flowers [cutting and rolling paper around the stamens, rolling leaves round the flowers, tying the bouquets (3) and fitting the other flowers in the 2 vases.] All of these were very tiny. There are a few additions (decorations to be glued to shelves and things, like maps, to be laid about), but nothing else requires putting together except the room itself.

Just been looking at the photos in close-up. There's some intriguing images amongst the paintings... And the flowers are so pretty - I particularly like the tied bouquets.

Only the Sainte-Chapelle floor tile icon seems appropriate for these! They're so finely done. I loved the books, too (trip prep gets in the way of commenting).

Woah! Nice progress. Look at those little things. I hope you’re enjoying the project. I find tiny futzy work to be meditative (when it doesn’t frustrate me).
