It's very comprehensive and mostly drawings which are easy to follow. There are stretches for various body sections and also for before and after certain activities & sports. I am old and fat and have bought (and discarded) a lot of exercise equipment and guides over the years but this is a very solid informative resource.
This is such a comprehensive book and all the drawings are that same figure on the front cover with the muscles shaded which are being stretched. All body parts, all times of day, and before and after sets of stretches for most types of exercise/sport. With suggestions of abbreviated sets if you're short on time. It really is helpful.
